15 noiembrie 2022 au fost anunţate nominalizările la Premiile Grammy 2023. Beyonce a adunat cele mai multe nominalizări pentru urmatoarea ediție a premiilor, cu noua categorii, devansându-i pe rapperul Kendrick Lamar, cântăreața pop britanică Adele și Brandi Carlile, potrivit AFP. Starul pop care a lansat în iulie albumul „Renaissance”, devine astfel artista cu cele mai multe nominalizări din istoria Grammy Awards, 88 în total, la egalitate cu soţul ei Jay-Z.
Pe lângă Beyoncé , pe lista nominalizaților la ceremonia din acest an se află nume mari precum Adele, Kendrick Lamar și ultimul său album "Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers", lansat în luna mai, și legenda R&B Mary J. Blige, nominalizată la șase categorii, inclusiv la categoria cel mai bun album pentru "Good Morning Gorgeous".
