Ed Sheeran și trupa ucraineană Antytila au lansat piesa „2step”! Videoclipul, filmat pe front, în timpul războiului împotriva Rusiei

Ed Sheeran a colaborat cu Antytila, una dintre cele mai mari trupe muzicale din Ucraina, pentru lansarea unei noi melodii, intitulată „2step”. Unele cadre din videoclipul pentru melodie au fost filmate pe front, în urma războiului provocat de Rusia, informează BBC.

„Ed simte acea durere, compasiune şi simpatie pentru poporul ucrainean", a declarat solistul Taras Topolya, adăugând că versurile au fost create în timp ce activa ca medic pe front în localitatea Borodyanka, aflată chiar la vest de capitala Kiev.

„Deja a crescut gradul de conştientizare cu privire la situaţia din Ucraina şi acest proces continuă. Mă bucur foarte mult că un cântăreţ celebru îi sprijină pe ucraineni. Ed Sheeran, echipa sa şi alţii înţeleg că avem nevoie de ajutor şi de sprijin pentru a supravieţui şi a câştiga.

Formaţia a intrat în atenţia publicului larg după ce a publicat la începutul anului un clip în care dorea să cânte cu ajutorul unui link live, în cadrul unui concert pentru Ucraina. La vremea respectivă, organizatorii evenimentului au refuzat oferta din cauza războiului. Deși au fost respinși, Ed Sheeran și-a dorit să colaboreze cu membrii trupei.

” Ne-am oprit în mijlocul drumului și cântam acolo, în mijlocul nimicurilor”, a povestit Topolya.

Trupa ucraineană spune că a renunțat deocamdată la muzică pentru a lupta în prima linie a frontului „ când casa ta este în pericol, trebuie să o aperi. Trebuie să faci ceva".
